Demolition of two unoccupied industrial buildings on Ribera de Deusto begins

Dexber, the company awarded the contract by the Zorrotzaurre Contracting Board, has begun the demolition of two unoccupied industrial buildings at Ribera de Deusto 7, on the southern end ofthe future island.

The demolition of the building formerly occupied by Print Abet Laminati a rolled products company and a neighbouring warehousewill free up 1,468 m2 of land for future use as open areas and a private development under the Special Plan for the area.

The demolition is budgeted at €28,350, is expected to take 4 weeks and includes the complete management of waste material.
